Rental terms

Cars

• No smoking or vaping. Strictly banned. A $150 cleaning fee applies if a car smells of smoke, close to the real cost of professional cleaning.
• Mileage: 200 miles per day included. Extra miles are $0.29 each, or add unlimited mileage for $20 per day.
• Airport delivery: $40 to Tampa International (TPA) or St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE).
• Pickup: 24/7 contactless lockbox pickup in New Port Richey. The key is in a lockbox hooked onto the driver's window.
• Driver age, licence, and insurance requirements for Book Direct: TBD by owner. Your own auto insurance must cover rental cars, and you verify your license and insurance online before we approve a car booking.

Boat

• Captain-only. Every trip runs with one of our USCG-licensed captains. No self-drive.
• Up to 10 guests.
• No smoking or vaping on board. A $150 cleaning fee applies if the boat smells of smoke.
• Weather: safety comes first. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, you may reschedule or receive a refund (terms TBD by owner).

Cancellations and payment

Cancellation and payment terms: TBD by owner. No payment is taken until we approve your request; then we email you a secure payment link. A security deposit may apply (amount TBD by owner).
