1. Assumption of risk

I understand that operating or riding in a motor vehicle involves risks, including collision, injury, death, and property damage caused by me, other drivers, road conditions, weather, or mechanical failure. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Inspection

I will inspect the vehicle before driving and will not drive it if I notice any unsafe condition. I will report any concern to WhiteCap Rides immediately.

3. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release, waive, and discharge WhiteCap Rides and its owners, members, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and liability for injury, death, or property damage arising out of my rental or use of the vehicle, including claims based on the ordinary negligence of WhiteCap Rides, but not claims arising from its gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

4. Indemnification

I will indemnify and hold harmless WhiteCap Rides from any claims brought by me, my passengers, or third parties arising from my use of the vehicle.

5. Personal property

WhiteCap Rides is not responsible for personal property left in or lost from the vehicle.

6. Governing law, venue, severability

This release is governed by Florida law, with venue in Pasco County, Florida. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

7. Electronic signature consent

I agree that my electronic signature on this release is legally binding under the ESIGN Act and the Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act.
