1. Smoking and vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited. A $150 cleaning fee applies if the vehicle or boat smells of smoke.

2. Damage

I am responsible for damage that occurs during my rental as described in my rental agreement, and I authorize charges for documented damage, missing items, and incidentals.

3. Refundable incidental deposit

A refundable $150 incidental deposit is held on my card as an authorization, not a charge. Documented incidentals (tolls, fuel, cleaning, citations, extra miles, late return, or the $150 smoking cleaning fee) may be taken from the hold; the rest is released after my trip ends and the vehicle or boat is inspected. Amounts above the deposit may be charged separately.

4. Photos

I will take photos at pickup and return. I understand that WhiteCap Rides uses before-and-after photos to document condition.

5. Electronic signature consent

I agree that my electronic signature is legally binding under the ESIGN Act and the Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act.
